  • Offer a library space (shelf/table/noticeboard) where students from a local school can make displays around eco-subjects and/or offer suggestions for environmentally friendly actions. Display to be refreshed periodically. Gives the students a platform to reach and teach the community beyond their school.

  • Identify which of your libraries can accommodate this and reach out to local schools (primary or secondary) to get involved. Promote displays via social media, newsletters etc for wider reach. We aim to trial this project for a term in a couple of libraries, as a pilot to gauge the level of engagement, and will extend if successful.

  • Share idea with public library services.
