Tell us about your idea:
Lots of organisations are about to start doing audits of their Knowledge Management using the ISO KM standard, but at the moment there's only one accredited auditor. CILIP should provide organisations with information about how to do a KM ISO audit and they should create a small team of accredited KM Auditors to meet this demand.
Implementation:
You would need to develop an accreditation/badge for people with the skills and knowledge to do a KM audit.
CILIP's role:
CILIP should lead on this, as no-one else is doing it yet.
