CILIP to adopt Plain English

There's so much jargon and so many acronyms about in our sector that it can be really off-putting. Even the 'PKSB' only makes sense to people who know what it is already. So we could do with adopting 'Plain English' standards for all of our work so that new people can get an idea of what we're talking about.

Could CILIP do and/or offer Plain English training for community members? It would be useful to have done some shared training and CPD on this.
